I agree to abide by the Constitution and By-Laws of the Columbia-Willamette Beagle Club and the rules of the American Kennel Club. Furthermore, I understand that involvement in various activities involving dogs is not without some risk to me or my dog. I hereby agree to hold harmless the Columbia-Willamette Beagle Club, its instructors, officers, or agents from any and all claims for injury and damage which I, my dog, or my property suffers while involved in club activities. I also understand that it is solely my responsibility to maintain control over my dog(s) so as not to endanger them or others.
